I am sure you have heard about the power of positive thinking. Well, here is a TED talk by a woman who has done research and proved that you can actually change your brain just by thinking!

Dr. Caroline Leaf describes her “Science of Thought” process and how she developed tools and processes that help people develop and change their thinking and subsequent behavior.
